Refund and Return Policy

Service Refunds:

• Termination Notice: Clients may terminate the service by providing a 30-day prior notice to Titas Internet to claim a refund for any prepaid charges. However, the initial one-time setup/installation fees and equipment costs are non-refundable.
• Refund Calculation: Refunds for monthly service charges will be calculated based on the unused time or data volume from the date the refund claim is submitted. The maximum refund amount is limited to one month’s service fee or less.
• Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of claim submission.

Product Returns:

• Return Period: Products can be returned within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Condition Requirements: All items must be unassembled, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition to qualify for a return. Assembled items or those not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
• Inspection and Damage: Upon receiving the returned product, Titas Internet will inspect it for any damage before processing a refund. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same product.
• Fees and Deductions:
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • The original shipping and handling fees are deducted from the refund.
  • For items requiring home pickup, an additional pickup fee applies.
  • Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by mailed check within 10 business days after the returned product is received in original condition.

Damaged Items Replacement:

• If a damaged item is replaced, the original damaged item must be returned in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return within this period will result in the customer’s credit card being charged for the replacement item.
